Junior Product Manager (Mobile)

Job Purpose We are looking for a Product Manager to join a stellar team working on the next-generation products. As a Product Manager, you will be working with the Mobile Product Management team and you’ll be involved in many aspects – helping evolve our existing solutions, guiding team members, working with other teams to build robust systems, and overseeing new features and functionality. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Set goals for your team and team members.
2. Understand the big picture of what your team is doing and why.
3. Communicate with stakeholders regularly and proactively.
4. Participate in regular performance reviews.
5. Ensure the overall output quality of the team.
6. Manage and oversee JIRA projects supporting the dev team.
7. Coordinate requirements and deliverables between multiple functional teams.
8. Work with the product team to understand the scope and translate the requirements to technical specifications and prioritize.
9. Implement high-quality code practices in an agile, test-driven development environment.
10. Monitor performance and stability of the mobile apps across various channels and metrics.
11. Build dashboards and help disseminate insights from collected data.
12. Oversee deployments and releases.

1. 2+ years experience in managing mobile-specific initiatives.
2. 2+ years experience in business analysis, product/project management or equivalent role.
3. BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
4. Familiarity with iOS & Android development, deployment and release pipelines.
5. Competence in effectively managing JIRA boards for the team.
6. Clear, concise communication skills in both written and verbal.
