Location: Alipur, New Delhi CTC Range: 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA Job Responsibilities: - Manage Last Mile Delivery: Manage last mile delivery operations by coordinating with Shiprocket to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to website customers. - Meet Delivery Rate Targets: Implement processes to meet targets of delivery success rates for orders placed through our website. - B2B Delivery Coordination: Work closely with shipping partners to guarantee timely deliveries for B2B orders. Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing high volumes of daily orders effectively.
