Job Description: In the HPE Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. Join us redefine what’s next for you. What you’ll do: We’re solving the world’s most complex challenges, and our people are at the forefront of progress. We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI/ML Development engineer with a passion to innovate and create cutting edge products for OpsRamp’s observability SaaS product. As a Senior Development Engineers within OpsRamp, you’ll play a part in building the future – one big idea at a time. You’ll significantly contribute on the end-2-end data and GenAI/AI/ML pipeline experiments, design, development and deployment. This individual must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the cloud native technologies, AI/ML pipelines and appreciation of scale, performance and cost considerations from a Systems as well as AI/ML inference & training aspects as well. · Help in building of OpsRamp’s CoPilot for Autonomous Operations for the Hybrid Cloud. · Implement cloud-native architecture concepts and have knowledge of best practices for high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements in the cloud. · Incorporate the MLOPS paradigm and CI/CD in the AI/ML world, while following cloud-native techniques. · Actively participate in the design and development of AI/ML pipelines, AI Co-pilots/Agents etc. · Guides and mentors less-experienced staff members to set an example of software systems design and development innovation and excellence, helping engineers grow in their careers. What you need to bring: · 5-10 years of relevant experience in the industry delivering scalable cloud/cloud-native solutions with ETL pipelines. · Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Engineering, or equivalent · At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in defining, building, training and / or optimizing AI/ML models at scale in any of the popular ML frameworks. · Deep Understanding in Multi-agent/RAG/Advanced RAG applications, Prompt Engineering Techniques, Fine-tuning LLMs with an eye on inference performance. · Familiarity with toolchains like Llamaindex, Langchain etc. is desirable. · Must have strong knowledge of application failure modes, resiliency patterns, and techniques to enable robust, self-healing designs. · Ability to effectively communicate product design proposals and negotiate with other stakeholders to achieve design consensus. · Must be able to work in a global, complex, and diverse environment.
