Art Director

Art DirectorAs an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall visual direction and creative output of our company's projects. Your main role will be to oversee the design and production process, ensuring that all artwork and materials are of high quality and align with the company's brand image. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, brainstorm ideas, and provide artistic guidance. In addition, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to create visually appealing and effective designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing projects from concept to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month, based in Ar-Ruwais with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as an Art DirectorProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearlyStrong leadership skills and experience managing a creative teamAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience working with diverse clients and understanding their needsKnowledge of current design trends and techniquesUnderstanding of branding principlesFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Responsibilities:Lead the overall visual direction for our projects while ensuring they align with the company's brand imageOversee the design process from concept development to final deliveryCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each projectProvide artistic guidance to the creative team throughout the design processBrainstorm ideas and concepts for projects while considering client requirementsCreate high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message or ideaReview artwork for accuracy, consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standardsKeep up-to-date with current design trends and techniquesManage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesCommunicate project progress and any challenges to the team and clientsProvide feedback and mentorship to junior designersWork closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive visual identity for the companyIf you are a creative and talented individual with a passion for design and leadership, we would love to hear from you!
