2-5 years' experience recruiting for IT related rolesHigh Volume, Fast Pace, Hungry Recruiter mentalityIT Recruiting experience; Java Developer, Full Stack Java Developer, BA or PM type rolesAbility to hit the ground running in a metrics driven environmentAmbitious and driven, someone who wants to get promoted based on his/her effortsWhat You'll Be Doing:

Execution of full life cycle recruitment; source, screen, submit, pipelineProficiently fill various types of jobs in various IT sectorsDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicantsProvides support and takes initiative through the interview process, included performing the necessary screening requirementsManage contract employees while on assignment, and place them again when coming off assignmentsEffectively utilizes recruiting tools including social media, job boards, database searches, etc.Works to understand the client's needs and reacts appropriately in environment of competing prioritiesWhat You Need to Bring to the Table:
