Changan Gul Motors is looking for a dynamic and active candidate who is able to manage the After Sales Service Operations of the 3S Dealership. Main responsibilities are as follows:

Maintain close liaison with department staff to ensure maximum productivity.

Timely warranty settlement with the principal.

Manage workshop resources and work towards better profitability.

Implement policies to ensure customer retention for generations.

Possess problem-solving skills with a 'CAN DO' attitude.

Take the initiative to strengthen the brand image and upcoming models.

Act as a mentor to guide and motivate all team members.

Coordinate timely with the principal company to uplift the dealership image.

Job SpecificationMinimum of 10 years of experience in an automotive workshop.

B-Tech (Auto and Diesel) and a business management degree will be considered an added advantage.

Capability to manage a workforce of 10 to 20 persons.
