About the job: Senior Recruitment ExecutiveJob Description:Effective utilization of ATS and enhancement in automation dashboard reporting
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptanceRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Executive or similar role
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferredEducation:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.Experience:
