This expansion allows us to further align our resources and expertise towards enhancing individual health and wellness through tailored nutritional support. We are looking for a creative Content and Social Media Manager (Vitamins and Supplements) who will be responsible for developing and implementing our content and social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create compelling content across various platforms and analyze the effectiveness of our campaigns, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for our blog, website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Create visually appealing and innovative graphics, videos, and infographics to support content and social media campaigns.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all platforms.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
TikTok and Instagram Expertise:
  • Create and manage organic and paid content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram, including Stories, Reels, IGTV, and TikTok videos.
  • Analyze social performance metrics for TikTok and Instagram, and use insights to optimize and refine our content strategy.
SEO and Analytics:
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on content and social media metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content and social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the D2C.
  • Hands-on experience in TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and native reporting (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
