About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack developer skilled in React.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of our front-end applications, working closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex, reusable, and maintainable React components.Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into high-quality, performant React code.Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices.Optimize front-end applications for performance across various devices and browsers.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Stay up-to-date with the latest React.js trends and technologies.Assist in troubleshooting and debugging front-end issues.Work effectively within an agile development methodology. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience as a React.js developer.In-depth knowledge of React.js core concepts, including JSX, components, state management, and routing.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.Experience with build tools like Webpack and bundlers like Parcel.Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API (a plus).Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Bonus points: Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js or Gatsby.Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Experience with accessibility best practices.
