Our client a Financial Service company in George is recruiting for an experienced, Administrator (Risk Asset Management) to join them.They are looking for a dynamic, vibrant and intelligent individual who wants to pursue a career in short-term insurance.The position does not require the individual to have all the relevant qualifications immediately, however the suitable candidate must have the necessary experience in short-term insurance and upon permanent appointment, will be required to complete a formal insurance qualification (COB, SMK, RE). Minimum Requirements:Grade 12RE5 QualificationOne to three years relevant short-term insurance, underwriting, and claims experienceComputer Literate (advanced) with excellent interpersonal and e-mail communication skillsBilingual (English & Afrikaans)Valid driver's license (Code 08)Competencies:ProfessionalPresentable, well spoken, outgoingExcellent people skillsSelf-starter (taking own initiative)Problem solvingAble to work under pressure; andExcellent communication skills(interpersonal, written and verbal)Responsibilities include:Register and update claims from clientsLiaise with insurers and clients on all aspects of the claims process and policy amendmentsFollow up with Insurers / Call Centers regarding claims progressCapture new business quotationsHandle client queries effectively and professionally; andUnderwriting in accordance with company policies and procedures Please send cv, qualifications, references, salary expectation to: desmaine@vinerecruitment.co.za
