Head of Maintenance

Job Purpose: Ensuring good health of equipment (Rotary/Stationary) by identifying areas of focus and execution of maintenance schedules to ensure maximum availability of equipment & plant capacity utilization resulting in maximization of plant availability. Carrying out shutdown planning, spares availability and ensuring zero equipment breakdowns Optimum use of Resources (allocation & utilization) to improve Plant availability, reliability and reduce MTBF. Accountabilities . Plant Availability & Maintenance Planning . Spares And Maintenance Cost . Executive Development Reviews & Performance Management . Inventory Cost . Safety & Health & Statutory compliance . Driving Improvement Projects Educational Qualifications & Certifications - B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical) Total Years of Experience -15-20 years of experience in EHS department of middle or large manufacturing units Functional Skills - Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance b. Knowledge of MS Office c. Knowledge in Condition Monitoring techniques (Vibration/UT/RT)
