Sales & Projects Manager, GCC B&WSales & Projects Manager Bath & Wellness (Gulf Cooperation Council / GCC region)Working location: Villeroy&Boch Dubai OfficeMain Objectives:Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region.Secure and develop/increase distribution based on the strategies developed for the region, in terms of brand building, assortment, pricing, presence, marketing.Main Position Tasks:Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients.Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder - architects, investors, developers, hotel chains).Set up of customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers.Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields.At least 5 years' experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and Project/Developers development, Retail sales management, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries.Stand for corporate values, high level business ethic and Entrepreneurial Spirit.Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.Active team player role with great communication skills.Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.Excellent spoken & written English is a must.
