- Interested to go to UK
- Should have experience of 3 years minimum in Hematology. Chemo trained and able to administer is a plus. OET passed, CBT and NMC verification done.
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage side effects and complications of treatment.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
- Participate in clinical trials and research studies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Administer blood transfusions and other treatments as needed.
- Monitor and manage patient pain levels.
- Assist in surgical procedures related to oncology and hematology.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
- Ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment.
- Provide end-of-life care and support.
