About Our ClientOur client is a reputable clinic originally based in the UK, and now expanding their services to the UAE. Their mission is to provide exceptional clinical care and medical services to families, at home or at the clinic which is being developed.Job DescriptionConduct thorough medical examinations and provide treatment to patients in their homes or hotel rooms.Offer expert medical advice and care across a broad range of conditions for patients of all ages.Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans, ensuring high standards of treatment and patient satisfaction.Travel to patients' locations, ensuring timely and professional medical services are delivered.Maintain professionalism and discretion while working in diverse environments, ensuring patient privacy and comfort.Lead and oversee the development of the home care business, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality patient care.Develop protocols and best practices for home and hotel visitations, ensuring consistency and safety in service delivery.Monitor and evaluate clinical services, implementing improvements and innovations as needed.Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records for all patients, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory standards.Prepare detailed reports on patient care and clinical outcomes, contributing to the overall quality improvement of services.Engage in 360-degree feedback processes, collecting input from patients, families, and staff to enhance service quality.Uphold the highest ethical standards in all medical practices, ensuring patient welfare is the top priority.Contribute to the financial sustainability of the home care business by effectively managing resources and documenting revenue contributions.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the home care business.Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the business.Contribute to the formulation of business strategies, including service offerings, pricing models, and operational workflows.The Successful ApplicantMedical degree (family medicine, GP, internal medicine) with a DHA license.MRCGP qualification or equivalent.Diploma in Child Health (DCH) or similar qualification from Europe, US, or Canada (preferred but not required).Experience in family medicine, urgent care, and emergency department settings ideally in the UK, US, Canada, or Europe.Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ethical practice.Motivated to grow and expand a home care business.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and community health.Passionate about providing high-quality care at all times.Professional demeanor with a focus on maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.Fluency in English; Arabic is beneficial but not required.What's on OfferCompetitive monthly salary and family benefits.Performance-based bonus tied to patient feedback, revenue generation, and quality of clinical decisions.
