Dubai Permanent AED15,000 - AED16,000 per yearDubai based roleL&D SpecialistAbout Our ClientThe client is a global Japanese owned company based in the heart of Dubai, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for an L&D Specialist to excel and have a long career with a global firm.Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include:Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities linked to day-to-day HR operations.Implement and enhance the ME training program based on professional knowledge of L&D and a well understanding of company requirements.Enhance the HR processes in the department through digitisation and automation.Provide guidance & implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures.Assist with employee relations.Involvement with various projects.Maintain employee confidence & protect operations by keeping HR information confidential.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant human resources position.Experience in L&D.Knowledge of the best L&D practices in the industry, having worked with stakeholders to understand key business drivers, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate training courses and learning modes. Demonstrated experience with training platforms (Success Factors LMS experience is a plus).Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.Knowledge of UAE employment legislation framework.Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Ability to handle data with confidentiality.Good organisational and time management skills.What's on OfferA competitive salary offering + company benefits.AED55,000 - AED65,000 per month (AED660,000 - AED780,000 per year).
