Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management, complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.
- Ensure that results are measured against KPI standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
- Report to management about selling all of the education services to potential students.
- Accept the line manager's task allocations and report the student conversion figures each month.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Handle student inquiries and complaints.
- Lead generation and lead assignment to team members.
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with potential students through school visits or social media.
- Advise potential students on education opportunities (Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate) in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia).
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
- Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
- Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.
- Guide students on university/college application/admission procedures.
- Answer inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education services.
- Follow all reasonable instructions of the Employer or designated supervisor.
- Faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned to you, complying with the Employer’s code of conduct or company policy.
- Not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment without prior approval of the Employer.
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field from a well-reputed institute or university.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Sr. Education Counsellor or Branch Manager.
- Deep knowledge about foreign education systems (Cambridge and American education systems).
- Overall knowledge of preparing students for credibility interviews and assessment of SOP.
- Updated knowledge about student visa applications for UK, USA, Canada, and Australia; essential understanding of international pathway providers is a plus.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills; fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in personal computing skills.
- Experience with training and study abroad education.
- Time Management.
- Student Management.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
- Flexibility over working hours.
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Study Abroad Consultancy Management: 3 years (Required)
