Dhofar Global is a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions in the Middle East with a strong presence in the UAE market. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the cleaning and hygiene industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new products and services that can be added to the companys portfolio.Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitor activities.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitable margins for the company.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role preferably in the cleaning and hygiene industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Fluent in English both written and verbal.If you are a driven and resultsoriented individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the cleaning and hygiene industry we encourage you to apply for the Sales Manager position at Dhofar Global.
