Digital Transformation - Project ManagerAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 04/26/2024 Lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs,particularly within the government sector, ensuring successful planning,execution, and delivery. Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manageresources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives. Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital applications withininternet, intranet, and operational networks, driving innovation andefficiency in digital transformation initiatives. Prepare comprehensive documentation to support project planning,implementation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance withorganizational standards. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, project teams, andexternal vendors, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout theproject lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clarityof goals, roles, and responsibilities to facilitate successful projectoutcomes. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices,methodologies, and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digitaltransformation programs, particularly within the government sector. Strong project management skills with experience in planning,execution, and monitoring of complex projects. In-depth knowledge of digital applications and technologies, with afocus on internet, intranet, and operational networks. Experience in preparing comprehensive project documentation,including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Fluent in Arabic, with preference given to UAEnationals
