International Marketing Manager (B2B Marketing) - based in Kuching Sarawak

- Crafting and execute detailed marketing plans to enhance product visibility and adoption.
- Undertake comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Oversee and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional events.
- Manage the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
- Enhance social media engagement and maintain alignment with the brand’s core messages and values.
- Conduct robust market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to address customer pain points effectively.
- Utilize advanced analytics to assess marketing campaign performance and return on investment.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product launches.
- Leverage market insights and customer feedback to influence product development, enhancement and positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry partners and marketing agencies.
- Actively represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance business networking.
- Administer the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on financial metrics to ensure alignment with the company’s financial objectives.
- Manage and expand the opportunity pipeline to support continuous business growth.
- Regularly review key performance metrics, including social media engagement, lead generation effectiveness, and overall marketing ROI.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, and potential opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of Regional B2B marketing experience for Asia Markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with brand management and market research.
- Work in an established and prominent conglomerate in Malaysia.
- Great career exposure and development.
- Salary: RM 12,000 - RM 14,000 per month
