Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru 5 days working Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in any field
- At least 8 years of HR/Admin experience in manufacturing
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions
- Monthly payroll management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Handle all disciplinary and industrial relations (IR) issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension, and termination of employment
- Monday to Friday
