1. Supervise food and beverage service operations.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
3. Assist in training and developing team members.
4. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
5. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 24+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role.
2. 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment.
3. Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
6. A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
7. Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
