Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF. We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support. Our program upholds a strong relationship with the customer driven by strong values in support of the mission.What You Will Do:The Support and Readiness Operations Coordinator shall provide in-depth analysis of all maintenance readiness reports.The SROC ensures that appropriate and accurate information on all equipment is reported to program leadership and the customer.Daily system readiness roll-up and reporting, documenting, tracking, and reporting maintenance efforts and parts consumption, to include failure reporting.Arranges meetings and conferences.Operates office machinery and/or personal computers and may be familiar with several computer applications.Inputs data into various company systems.Generates charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence, and other materials with speed and accuracy.Required to conduct daily briefings to program leadership and customer as directed.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in an extreme environment.This position is located in Doha, Qatar.Qualifications You Must Have:Successful completion of a US Army Patriot MOS Course of 140L/140E/14E/14T or an equivalent course of instruction on a similar electronic system conducted by the military or the system contractor.Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of related experience or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience.Above qualifications plus four (4) years Patriot maintenance experience.Must have knowledge of Supply Chain (ASL, PLL, ALCS) tracking and reporting or other automated supply chain tracking system.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:Prior experience with Patriot System Maintenance program.Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills, exceptional judgment, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business.Previous experience in International Patriot FMS Programs with experience living and working in an overseas location.What We Offer:Whether you're just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
