Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance and ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct design reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers to establish clear design objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Provide strategic direction and design leadership for projects, ensuring alignment with Jacobs values and standards. Embody safety in all aspects of project management. Promote a safety-first culture, proactively identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards. Foster a culture of innovation within the project team, encouraging design methodologies, and sustainable practices to deliver creative and forward-thinking architectural solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and objectives. Provide exceptional client service, anticipating their needs, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
