YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Elevate Operational Efficiency: Spearhead initiatives to elevate the efficiency of engineering operations, ensuring seamless functionality that aligns with the Rosewood standards.
Ensure Impeccable Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a high level of comfort for our guests and associates.
Lead and inspire: Groom a talented and engaged team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences.
Promote Strong Collaboration: As part of a dynamic team, you'll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of operation and seamless coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will foster a harmonious work environment.
