Digital Transformation & Technology Innovation (Senior Leadership role)Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 04/17/2024 We are supporting our client in their search for a Senior Leadership role in Digital Transformation & Technology Innovation to join their team. Key Responsibilities Shape and steer the Group's Digital Transformation agenda, with a focus onadvanced analytics, across the Group and it's portfolio companies (in various sectors). Provide strategic and execution advisory and expert knowledge onAdvanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI / ML.Provide advisory support to the Group's Operating Companies (Board-level,CEO and CxO level, and Digital Leader and technical teams level) to deploy: (i) Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI /ML. (ii) Other supporting and adjacent digitaltechnologies e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, Data platforms,Automation, IoT / OT. Lead the set-up and roll-out of an AI Centre-of-Excellence (CoE) Identify strategic opportunities to drive value creation for both Group level (portfolio-wide) and individual portfolio companies from AdvancedAnalytics, Business Intelligence, and AI / ML. Requirements Relevant degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or other related fieldfrom a highly accredited University, with a preference for advanced degrees,and/or relevant technical qualifications. 20+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Digital Strategy, DigitalTransformation, and Technology or other related roles. Strong understanding of a wide range of Advanced Analyticstechnologies and their business use-cases which must include a strong focuson Business Intelligence, AI / ML, and other forms of Advanced analytics,along with an understanding of Cloud, Data, Automation (software and/orhardware), IoT/ OT, Major Systems, Connectivity, and IT Infrastructure. Deep experience using advanced analytics, AI, and ML to achieve businessgoals in organizations, creating data & AI strategies and roadmaps, andidentifying main areas where the application of AI / ML can stimulatebusiness growth. Experience in developing Advanced Analytics strategies and executionplans, including clear alignment to the business strategy and anunderstanding of where business use-cases drive value through improvingcustomer experience, enhancing commercial effectiveness, evolvingoperational efficiency, and creating new business models. Experience of working across multiple sectors Experience of leading and driving the execution of end-to-end Digital /Advanced Analytics initiatives, including delivery of multiple use-cases fromconception through to POC and at-scale execution. Excellent leadership skills, and ability to engage and influence seniorleadership e.g., Boardmembers, CEOs, senior-level executives, technology vendors. Excellent presentation, influencing, and communication skills.
