Sr. Manager, Talent Management Full Time Remote Abdullatif Jameel Co. - Dubai, United Arab Emirates Posted 2 months ago 101 Applicants for 1 open position 0 Viewed 0 In Consideration 0 Not Selected Experience Needed: Job Categories: Skills And Tools:Job DescriptionPurpose Of the Job:Responsible for managing COE's TM initiatives and developing a talent management strategy in line with ALJM strategy.Main Responsibilities:Implement Talent Management initiatives that balance and meet the associates and organization needs.Plan communications activities to build awareness of the competency framework, learning tools and Talent Management activities.Manage local/ international vendor relationships and service agreements in support of Talent Management programs.Work collaboratively with HRBPs and SBUs to implement associate engagement strategies, which includes career management, and training program.Provide appropriate reports and analysis of assessment results, learning needs, and career development activities.Support in preparing the annual budget of the Talent Management department.Support the execution of talent review and the succession management process with the concerned department.Implement and manage the Talent Management modules in ALJ system.Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Internship, management trainee, and scholarship programs.Job RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Psychology or equivalentAt least five (5) years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development roles.Talent management, career development and coaching, competency management, analytical skills, and project managementThe required language is English (Arabic or any other language would be a great addition).
