About INOI:INOI is a European electronics brand with an expanding business which already has more than 10 million active customers globally.We manufacture affordable high-quality devices with exceptional design, including Smartphones, Tablets and Feature Phones.The company also provides digital content, advertising and fintech services.Job description: Logistics manager assistantLanguages: English, Russian/Chinese is advantagePosition Responsibilities:- Full coordination and report related to Logistics operation daily, weekly and monthly report for Logistics/inventory stock report.- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external agencies and suppliers in order to support the smooth provision of logistics services across the organization.- Liaise regularly with senior business management in order to understand ongoing business activities and developments and the implications this will have for coordinated logistics/warehouse provision.- Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision- making.- Personally resolve critical logistics problems in order to ensure contractual commitments are met and any operational impact is minimized.Requirements:- 3-6 years of relevant experience within the Middle East/China- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university is an advantage- In-depth professional logistics knowledge and expertise- Thorough knowledge of relevant local import, export, clearance, transportation, land warehousing laws and regulations- Thorough knowledge of procurement, shipping, clearance, transportation and warehousing methods and procedures- Strong analytical skills, planning and organizing skills- Operational planning and problem solving skills- People management skills- Good communication skills - written and verbal- Well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills- Ability and flexibility to understand the cultural and political environment and to work well with the local authorities- Well experienced in International Trade, Import Operations and UAE Customs Laws.
