Finance Executive (MY)

• Preparation of files for month end closing upload to accounting system (SAP) which includes investigation and working with other teams.
• Preparing adhoc journals for both expenses and trading activities.
• Maintenance of chart of accounts and month end opening/closing activities in SAP.
• Ensure that fixed assets and ROU schedules are up to date.
• Support of AP activities including preparation of Singapore’s GST return.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance & Operations processes through automation.
• Be able to support multiple regions i.e. ability to do shift work.
• Any other projects or activities to support the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous.
