Working Arrangement: Hybrid Job Description The opportunity: As a Business Development Manager, you will bring in unit trust sales in terms of retail or institutional client investment and recruitment for unit trust advisers. You are expected to develop relationships with our business partners and customers for long-term growth purposes. Responsibilities:- Determining potential business opportunities.
- Developing good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
- Determining new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
- Providing customer satisfaction through after-sales services.
- Implementing sales and recruitment strategy.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring they are fulfilled.
- Training and mentoring new advisers when required.
- Developing new business strategies according to company requirements.
- You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.

- 5 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager or in the financial industry.
- Proven sales record and experience managing customer relationships.

- Strong work ethics.
