Some of our other investors are Belgium based Ackermans & van Haaren (AvH), HealthQuad Advisors, Japan-based Rebright Partners, Kois Holdings and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group.About the role:As the Manager for Commercial Finance at Bangalore office, you will be team member of the finance and accounts team.Scope and responsibilities:1. Receivables Management - Overdue tracking by business + ensuring monthly reconciliations. Bringing automation to receivables management2. Finance Commercial Business Partner for measurement n influencing profitability by business.3. Manage Commercial finance operations - Order Management including credit worthiness checks for all key customers and collections accounting n tracking.4. People leadership - Manage n lead big commercial team of nearly 20 resources.5. Process Controls and Audits : responsible for process controls in commercial Order to Cash process. Also responsible for internal and external audits for commercial functionDesired Skills and Functional Experience:Education qualification - CA7 to 15 years of experience in commercial finnace team.Proficient in statutory compliance and PnLProficient in excel and Tally/SAPNice to have skills and experience:Experience working with the pharma industry would be a big plus.Having experience of handling Big4 Auditors would be an added advantage. PRB
