Makeen is highly committed to develop premium real estate and enriching the experience of living for residents by focusing on three core segments: real estate, services and hospitality.Makeen Properties LLC is driven by its vision to go beyond the customer's expectations.We have developed and managed many units for different sectors across the UAE, with over than 3000 units, including a leasing portfolio of residential homes, Industrial warehouses, commercial offices and holiday homes.Job DescriptionMaintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Attend meetings and keep minutesReceive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriateHandle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Make travel arrangements for executivesHandle confidential documents ensuring they remain securePrepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeepingMonitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective ordersMaintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessibleConduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assignedQualificationsBA in any business-related fieldAdditional InformationSkills & Professional Requirements:Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software (e.g. ERP)In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industryFamiliarity with basic research methods and reporting techniquesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesIntegrity and confidentialityDegree in business administration or relative fieldExcellent interpersonal and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in the same roleDriving License is mandatory.Arabic Speaking is an advantage.Nationality Preference: AnyAttributes and Behaviours:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem solving and Decision-making skills.To have an eye for detail in all aspects that the position requiresTo be a team player while having the ability to work unsupervised as required.Be organized and have the capacity to work under pressure and make deadlines.To be able to work flexible hours if so required
