Experience and skills required for the job * Gender : male/ female.* Experience : 2 years.* Working hours : 8 am to 5 pm.* Working days : Sunday - Thursday .Job duties Receiving new requisitions by e mail from Rigs on Bi-weekly basis.2.2 - Make sure that requisitions with special approval are approved according to companyprocedures (i.e. Assets Requisitions and UA/F).2.3 - Download the Materials Requisition to the Purchasing System (RFMP) and find out ifit's local or foreign purchase then send the inquiry to the local vendor or split therequisition to one of the foreign locations according to the Make.2.4 - Establish and maintain close communication with Rig's Superintendents for clarifyingthe specifications of the required materials to be able to offer the substitutes availableat the best possible prices.2.5 - Establish strong communication with the Foreign Purchase Locations (i.e. HOU, CPH,ABZ, and SIN) must be through the mailing system or telephone calls or conferencecalls and the Local Vendors through the RFMP by fax or mailing system, where all thehistory of the requisition must be added to the internal note.2.6 - Follow-up the status of the Materials Requisitions by sending reminders through thePurchasing System (RFMP),or the mailing system ,telephone calls, conference callssystem for speed up the quotation or the delivery till the materials arrive at C.W.H.2.7 - Arrange for smooth and quick delivery for the urgent items.2.8 - Ensure that Claims due to wrong supply or wrong order are covered by replacementsor a credit note, created C claim requisition in RFMP system, where all the history ofthe claim requisition must be added to the internal note.2.9 - Ensure that outstanding Claim List is updated whenever requested.2.10 - Ensure that the Bi-weekly report (Status List Report) is issued in time to the rigs tohelp them identify the requisition status.2.11 - Ensure that the data in both Purchasing Systems RFMP & Oracle are matched,keeping RFMP the ideal data and correct Oracle to match it.2.12 - Ensure to keep up to-date and advise section head on trends in the local market.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
