Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 06/17/2022 Managing the preparation of a customer trip developmentguide that includes methodologies, guidelines and standards Overseeing the preparation of institutional structureplans for services to consolidate the integration of platforms and with theadministrative support systems of government agencies in Abu Dhabi as needed,and in accordance with the Office of the Digital Authority in the governmentsolutions sector Overseeing the preparation and modernization ofbusiness procedure guidelines for government agencies to maintain abu Dhabi'sgovernment services agenda and strategic objectives and leadership Management of the preparation of standards andguidelines for conducting tests "Customer Experience Laboratory" toexamine the proposals and services of the new customer Lead the preparation of access standards (web contentaccess guidelines) to the experience/user interface and maintainthesestandards in all digital channels of government services, and ensure that thedesigns comply with the company guidelines Managing the preparation of the framework and standardsof internal content management and content of government agencies in AbuDhabi, and coordination with the customer experience laboratory forimprovement and provision of updates Ensure coordination with various government agenciesand customer representatives to collect inputs and feedback on the design ofweb interface services and customer experiences Leading sessions and meetings on determining therequirements of the Company and its vision to clarify the target customerexperience Overseeing the work of user experience designsuppliers, providing the information required to develop network frameworksand prototypes and ensuring consistent development of web interfaces Lead the identification of the target experiencethrough points of communication and dissemination through review guidelinesto ensure the participation allocated to the customer and his experiencebased on the priorities of different segments of customers Work as a reference point for consultation onmaintaining and improving promotion, marketing and communication guidelines Ensure that policies and procedures relating to thecommitment to the relevant client experience are aligned and implementedwithin management activities Perform any duties or career activities assigned to thedirect manager Compliance with ADD's Corporate ExcellenceGuidelines and Corporate Excellence Guidelines Contribute to the preparation of the requiredreports in accordance with the requirements of reporting internally within the companyand externally where applicable. CCXP, marketing/customer analytics certificates, service developmentcertificates, etc.) Experience in a client-focused field, product/service development, marketing or any related area at least: Years of experience for bachelor's degreecampaign: 5 years
