Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking Group Purpose:Responsible for marketing solicitation of new Corporate relationships for both Assets & Liabilities. Directly responsible for handling Corporate borrowing portfolio growth, quality & profitability. Duties and Responsibilities:• Monitor credit quality of portfolio for risk recognition & assigning proper risk rating for each relationship.• Develop marketing plan to identify corporate relationships within the accepted industries. Solicit new corporate relationships. Ensure quality of portfolio is satisfactory.• Directly responsible to manage corporate customers portfolio. (Number of relationships and average size of the portfolio to be agreed with the Team Leader.)• Develop marketing plan & implement it as per agreed objectives in order to maximize profitability & achieve business growth.• Be highly responsive to customer needs and ensure high level of satisfaction of Corporates in portfolio.• Ensure quality of portfolio is maintained, with no direct credit losses.• Maximize profitability, achieve business growth and targeted market share as per objectives.• Pro-act to changes in market place.• Ensure all documentation is valid and complete in assigned portfolio.• Provide competitive market information.• Achieve consistent growth in profits and business ensuring quality assets, in a highly competitive environment.• Ensure client satisfaction in an environment where client needs are constantly changing.• Participate in the team's strategy planning.• Prepare credit packages if the Relationship Officer and Credit Analyst are not available.• Interact with the Credit Risk Management and Advances Division to resolve their queries regarding credit proposals.• Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.Education & Experience:Education:• Bachelors in Statistics or Accounting / Higher National Diploma for UAE Nationals.Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:• NoneExperience:• Minimum 6 years experience in corporate banking, specifically preparing proposals, performing About The Company Commercial Bank International (CBI) was established in 1991 that aimed to provide a full range of banking and other financial services to its target clientele such as individuals, middle market businesses and large local and foreign-based companies around the United Arab Emirates.After a little over than a decade of existence, CBI was able to carved a reputable position among other leading banks and manage to stand the competitive nature of the banking industry in the Emirates.Committed to serve and provide the best services to its existing customer base, CBI is also focusing to attract more customers through a highly structured marketing plan and innovative banking products.In accomplishing these task, CBI's recruitment policy focuses on qualified candidates having enough banking experience to handle the progress wheel as well as attracting young UAE national graduates which will be provided with training and skills development programs that will equip them to assume higher and bigger responsibilities in the future.Now, with CBI's 8 branch networks strategically positioned all over the Emirates that provides a host of deposits, savings, corporate lending, retail, card products and trade finance facilities, CBI is moving forward to surpass its achievements in the past.
