Job Description Purpose of the role The Production Support Analyst / Engineer will work closely with the First Level Support Team (BST), Wealth Technology Team (all areas), other IT Portfolios and business stakeholders to ensure stability and completion of BAU tasks related to the U2 System. This involves execution of operational tasks to ensure system stability, timely provision of reports and interfaces and diagnosis/analysis of incidents to ensure that fixes are applied within SLA's. Rostered overnight and weekends will also be required to ensure system availability and uptime and participation in major incident resolution calls as required. Main focus areas Operational : Monitor incident queues and analyse, diagnose, and fix incidents raised by the first level teams or business stakeholders Collaborate within the broader Wealth Technology Team and other Portfolio's to resolve or assist in resolving integration related incidents Complete operational tasks to ensure system stability, ensure accurate and timely provision of interfaces and reports to the business and other teams Manage key business stakeholder relationships to ensure technical services align to key business priorities. Define and implement areas of opportunity to continually improve the service experience, including ticket reduction, automation, and innovation. Work closely with the broader Wealth Technology team to ensure that changes are sustainable and supportable. Experience and qualifications required 3 years + experience with IBMi architecture, Control Language and DB2 structures. Understanding and coding experience in using LANSA RDML(Rapid Development & Maintenance language) and VL IDE is highly desirable Understanding of LANSA Integrator and LANSA Composer Understanding of financial services IT solutions. Sound understanding of ITIL - Problem and Incident Management Understanding of Superannuation Products and Australian legislation Understanding of or prior experience with Accounting and Finance Prior experience with Ultimaas or Ultimaas 2 is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in a support role
