Some of the parts we've produced are even floating in space!As a Senior Product Manager, you will report to our Head of Product and work in a team of 4 product managers and 4 product designers. You will collaborate with our data engineers and software engineers on a daily basis to continuously deliver features that provide value to our customers and manufacturing partners.You will closely familiarize yourself with the sourcing side of our platform and the relevant data. You will be responsible for the way we allocate orders to the right manufacturing partner and the flows that our manufacturing partners use to interact with the orders on our platform. Overall, you'll have a major impact on how our B2B product develops and will help us continuously drive product management excellence.We maintain a fast-paced development culture that has been focused on results-over-process for the past 10 years. Then hit apply below!What you'll do:Solve challenging problems in regard to matching customer demand with our supply network ensuring efficiency of the allocation logic, improving the time/cost to source, and maximizing engagement of the supply networkCoordinate and conduct user and market research to ensure we solve our manufacturing partners' most important problemsTreat our network of manufacturing partners as customers and lead the development process from user research & requirement gathering to development & launchEnsure that your product team stays on the right course, removes obstacles and make sure they avoid distractions to help us successfully hit our company OKRsPartner with another product manager in leading a cross-functional product team until the team has become mature enough to branch into two autonomous teamsHelp the Head of Product to coach less experienced team members and the wider organization on good product management and software development practicesUltimately, you will be building a world-changing service that aligns with our broader company strategy (…come and ask us about it!)What it takes:4+ years of Product Management experience and a track record of problem solving in a complex operational setting and a dynamic environment of two companies mergingExperience with growing a marketplace and / or platforms in a two-sided marketExperience working with a team of software engineers and designers and ability to fluently prioritize tasks in response to commitmentsUser-centric, analytical mindset, and leadership skills when working closely with technical teamsGreat communication skills with stakeholders and managementKnowledge and experience with dual track agile product managementWhat to expect in the hiring processInitial call: Kick-off with an initial screening with one Talent Acquisition Partners, not really an interview, but the chance to learn more about how we do things, our process and a chance for you to ask all the things you want to knowHiring Manager: A deeper dive into the role, what we're looking for and for you to get to know one anotherTake home challenge or presentation: Put your skills to the test.
