Assistant Restaurant General Manager

The Assistant Restaurant General Manager (Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fine dining establishment. This position involves overseeing front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional customer service, managing financials, and leading staff training and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining, a deep understanding of beverage management, and a strong ability to motivate and manage a team in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and cost control, while creating and updating beverage menus.

• Assist guests with menu selections and inquiries, and professionally resolve any complaints.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.

• Train and educate service and bar teams on menu offerings, wine knowledge, beverage preparation, and customer service best practices.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.

• Stay informed on health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations, ensuring the restaurant complies with all legal requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment, manage staff scheduling and performance, and collaborate with kitchen and hotel management for events and promotions.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.

• Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance the beverage program.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote beverage offerings and drive sales.
