Job Description
- Identify gaps in the Egyptian market, liaising with sales and convert them into consumer and technical specifications.
- Identify new providers and work on building new partnerships for products supplies.
- Run usability and technical tests with samples.
- Define with company management the next generations of products.
- Workout product plans with sales and marketing.
- Workout the new product plan with internal management.
- Contribute to brand strategy as needed.
- Provide the needed conformity tests and related certifications for introduction of products to the Egyptian markets.
- Manage ordering of new or repeated products end to end.
- Manage the procurement of all spare parts for Mienta products.
- Support in the pricing process to meet revenue forecast.
- Monitor the performance of different products, signaling changes and adaptations as needed.
- Working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and to deliver winning products.
- Oversee all technical issues related to the aftersales.
- Guide the aftersales supervisor as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in product management and marketing of similar sectors.
- Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English;
- Planning and organizational skills and ability to work independently on a wide range of assignments/tasks;
- Written and spoken communication and negotiation skills;
- Critical thinking skills - able to understand situations and problems, identify cause and effect relationships and develop effective strategies;
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
