AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games on the international market. Our flagship project is the mobile first-person shooter game, Standoff 2, which is played by 28 million unique players every month worldwide. We are constantly evolving, improving our current projects, and creating new ones. And we are looking for a Community Manager to join our team who will help us make the best games for the best players.TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU:Management of social networks (FB, Reddit, Inst, TT) for the Standoff 2 game - media plan, preparation of post translations, and creation of unique publications for a specific territory;Technical support for game users (We use Helpdesk from Intercom);Working with reviews on Google Play and AppStore (template responses, review analytics with the help of AppFollow);Interaction with opinion leaders (bloggers), search and connection to our affiliate program (the program is curated by another person);Regular reports and suggestions on how we can improve our presence in the territorySKILLS THAT WILL BE USEFUL:Experience in technical support or SMM for at least 1 year;Basic skills in working with images;Technical skills in working with web platforms;German or Italian languageADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT ARE A PLUS:Knowledge of Helpdesk from Intercom;Knowledge of the functionality of social networks (Reddit, FB, Inst, TT)ADVANTAGES OF WORKING AT AXLEBOLT:Competitive salary and bonuses;Medical insurance;Working in a creative and friendly team in the most developing IT field Working in our team is Working in our team is Working in our team isMeal allowance, corporate fitness programs, and paid parking space.Career development courses, participation in conferences, and English classesWork as part of a creative and friendly team in the most dynamic IT sector.Official employment, competitive salary, flexible work schedule, and VHI with dentistry.
