As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionPreparation of LOD 350 BIM models and detailed design drawings for Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, and drainage systems along with MEP, Architecture, and Structural Co-ordination. Raising RFIs to the Client in the required areas.Analysing the existing Lusail Stadium profile (Detailed design stage) and renovated as Lusail Legacy. Assisted the team in the development of LOD 300 BIM Models and detailed design drawings for Electrical and ELV disciplines along with MEP, Architecture, Structural, and ID Co-ordination. Raising RFIs to the Client in the required areas.QualificationsDiploma in one of the engineering fields (mechanical preferred).Additional InformationAbility to work using modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.Ability to use clash detection software such as Navisworks.Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical fields.Fair knowledge of the MEP Electrical system components and uses.Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.Note: We are looking for immediate joiners available inside UAE.
