Export Logistics Specialist

Job Description

• Communicate with freight forwarder to arrange shipments. • Arrange the required documents for Quarantine & Certificates. • Get sure of obtain or prepare the required documents for each shipment case by case – shipping declaration - correct invoices – container manifest- packing list- certificate of origin- B/L- ISF (import security filling) – COA etc. & Follow the bank formalities, the legalization and certification of the documents. • Receiving and replying to e-mails related to the logistics requirements. • Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports  • Transacting of daily shipments • Sending shipment details to each client attached with Invoice, ISF, Packing list maximum 24 hours after loaded the goods. (Any other required docs)• Sending the original documents for each client on the suitable time and sending the tracking # to client to follow up. • Receiving invoices from the freight forwarders and brokers to review and deliver it to Finance department for issuing checks. • Process shipments on couriers system. • Sending samples to customers and sending the information to the sales department, tracking the samples until they are delivered to the client. • Sending weekly outbound report to finance department. • Follow up with brokers to receive documents related to form 13 for subsidy application and documents for Tax Treaty, complete the files and send to finance dep, ensuring it meet the requirements. • Plan, and update plans continuously, schedules and shipments for all closed sales transactions •  Fill out the outbound follow-up sheet with necessary logistical data.

Job Requirements

• BSc. Of  Business administration / logistics management (preferable)
• V.Good computer skills in (MS Office)
• V.Good in English language
