FP&A Accountant - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports with financial insights, analysis, and recommended actions.
• Develop annual and semi-annual financial plans, challenging growth targets and testing assumptions.
• Collaborate to enhance the impact of operational reports on financial performance.
• Present financial data in monthly meetings to improve business understanding and priorities.
• Prepare weekly operational reports on utilisation, billings, collections, WIP, and AR, highlighting necessary actions.
• Address sub-optimal performance and introduce procedures to enhance financial results.
• Provide financial support and training to improve decision-making and financial practices.

Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred; 2-3 years in finance for professional services.
• Excellent analytical, accounting, and business skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Problem-solving, adaptable, and able to manage priorities.
• Growth mindset; works well independently and in teams.
