Job Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the development of Business Intelligence systems by providing the functional requirements and their prioritisation to support the continuously improving business processes for dnata Shared Services

Work in liaison with the centralized dnata Business Intelligence team and all relevant user stakeholders, to review, analyse and evaluate data requirements, ensuring that they accurately reflect business user needs

Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to define & deliver solutions to agreed timelines and costs

Lead and motivate the team to deliver our mission, demonstrate passion for the business and achieve performance goals

Job Requirements:

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)

Minimum 3+ years' experience in report development, data modelling and business intelligence using tools such as MS Access, MS Excel, Power BI, SQL

Experience in a Multi-channel contact centre environment is an asset
