About the job

Lean is looking for a seasoned VP of Finance to join our team. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to derive, refine, and execute the company's strategy and monitor its performance. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial department, which includes accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role requires an ability to multitask, taking initiative and ownership of a multitude of cross-functional projects and driving them to completion. Above all, your entrepreneurial instinct will help you prioritize on the go to deliver the most important outcomes for the business.

Requirements

Proven work experience (8+ years) in fast-paced financial roles (or related)

The ability to self-manage, structure, and adapt to changes in an entrepreneurial environment

Able to successfully build, manage and lead a team

High growth tech experience necessary, fintech experience preferred

FP&A experience (preferred)

Experience working with various stakeholders from different departments within the company (e.g. Sales, Revenue & Operations, Product) and working in a group context i.e. managing multiple companies/entities, currencies and dependencies is a merit

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office and Google Sheets
