As a Mid-Level Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven solutions, collaborating with crossfunctionalteams, and contributing to the growth of our data science initiatives.KeyKey Responsibilities:1. Lead and direct data analysis and machine learning projects, overseeing the work of junior and mid-level data scientists while collaborating with cross-functional teams.2. Take ownership of complex data preprocessing and manipulation tasks, utilizing your deep expertise in Python, NumPy, and Pandas.3. Exhibit mastery of machine learning algorithms, including their selection, optimization, and deployment in real-world applications.4. Spearhead and strategize computer vision initiatives, including image classification, object detection, and image segmentation, employing advanced libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and Keras.5. Architect, fine-tune, and deploy highly sophisticated machine learning models for predictive analytics, computer vision tasks, and data-driven solutions, leveraging your extensive experience.6. Create impactful and visually compelling data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn to communicate insights effectively.7. Play a critical role in gathering project requirements from cross-functional teams and translating them into actionable data-driven strategies, providing thought leadership and innovation.8. Establish and maintain a robust documentation system for code, experiments, and key findings, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.9. Stay at the forefront of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and computer vision, ensuring that the team remains ahead of industry trends through training and mentorship.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline). A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.2. Proficient programming skills in Python, with a strong track record of data analysis and model development.3. Demonstrated expertise in key libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Keras.4. Proven experience in tackling complex data problems and a passion for working with data to drive insights and solutions.5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a track record of successful project contributions.6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong team player with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.7.
