With headquarters in Montreal, Canada, and offices in France, Mauritius, Toronto and the United States, we aim to serve enterprises of all sizes and industries worldwide.RoleBig Bang ERP is seeking a Project Manager to be part of our fast-growing team.Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project Manager will actively participate in the management of ERP/CRM consulting teams to execute project implementations, integration and continuous support of cloud-based management solutions for our customers. In addition, the Project Manager will be called to act as a business analyst as well as account manager to existing customers. The candidate must display a high level of competency within all phases of project management as well as eagerness for customer satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesProject management (40%) Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phasesResponsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for projects and ongoing support activitiesEffectively manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate and remove project roadblocksCreate and manage project schedules, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resourcesWork with team members to obtain estimates and identify relevant resourcesParticipate in the sales processBusiness analysis (30%) Analyze current business processes and define new processes to improve our customer's operating efficiencyCoordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with usersWrite documents and review project documentation: business processes, user guides, test plans, documentation systems, procedures and scope definitionDevelop/update training materials and provide training to our customer's key actorsAct as a facilitator and participate in the implementation of organizational changesEstimate efforts & costs required for the delivery of complex and large-scale projectsAccount management (30%) Earn clients' trust and build relationships that extend beyond the project's lifecycleLook for, and assess, potential business opportunities related to assigned accountsManage and resolve issues while providing superior customer serviceQualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or software, computer science or equivalent disciplineAt least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (a must have)Excellent communicator / Keen aptitude for communication and interpersonal relations (soft skills)Excellent documentation skillsFluent in both English and FrenchMastery of business process concepts (a must have)Experience in computer science (a must have)Proven ability to multi-task while simultaneously demonstrating initiative and creativityAbility to lead and manage project teamsExperience with at least one ERP, CRM and/or e-commerce software Attitudes and Skills Can-do attitude that is persuasive, motivating and encouraging to those around her/himStrong capacity to learn quickly, efficiently and effectivelyHigh level of resilienceTeam playerSelf-motivatedCustomer oriented
