You will have thechance to experience growing a business and being instrumental inits success.We are on the lookout for upbeatresponsible individuals to host kids parties manage operations andbe the faces of our brand.Wild Paint House is aoneofakind art jamming studio based in Al Quoz 1 in Dubai featuringmore than six types of unique and fun painting activities for kidsfamilies dates birthday parties team bonding events and muchmore.We are a Singapore company expanding toDubai and we are featured on multiple mainstream media with plansto expand fast. We are a techdriven company and have an autonomousbut fast working culture. We are on the lookout for responsiblehighly independent selfmotivated and outgoing individuals who canexecute operationally with opportunities to expand theirentrepreneurial skillset.The duties that will beundertaken include:Creating Customer Experience:Be the face of our brand. Host customers especially kids and showthem the best time!Outgoing andability to engage with kids and adults. Your English proficiencymust be great.Conductingbriefings/demosMake our customers super happydelivering a 5star service at all timesTakepictures and videos ofparticipantsManaging the OverallSpaceMaintaining cleanliness andsanitation. General studio upkeepMixing paintsand varnishing artworks (training will beprovided)Cleaning tools equipment andmaterialsHandlingdeliveriesGrowing TheCompanyIdeate and execute onimprovements to overall system protocols and studioprocesses/designAssist with content creationfor social media & management of social media accounts(Facebook Instagram TikTok)Wed loveto speak to you if you are:FLUENT in ENGLISH. Itis a must requirement. ARABIC IS APLUS.A Peopleperson: able tocommunicate well. This will be a customer facing job! You need toLOVE interacting with people!You must LOVEkids!Independent disciplinedhardworkingAble to manage your own time tooversee the space responsibly. Good organization skills are amustAble to commit weekends and publicholidays as those are our busiest days. Team members will work 56days/weekHave an interest in art and creativeactivities and love interacting withpeopleEnjoy being in events andpartiesConstantly thinking about how to solveproblems and improve things around youInterestto be part of an earlystage company and go through the process ofhow a fastgrowing companyexpandsGood to have one/some of thefollowing:Experience in service jobs.You must be super smiley energetic andhappyExperience withkidsPhotography and editing skills withunderstanding of social media platforms (Instagram TikTokFacebook)Art background not a requirement butdefinitely a bonus!Being an ArabicspeakerCompensationCompensationcomes in the form of monthly salary (2800AED3000AED based onexperience) and staff benefits.
