Business Process Coordinator Order processing LogisticsWarehouse Customer services

Coordinating within logistics,warehouse, and customer services.Liaise withreceiving team for incoming shipments for any urgent orders andcoordinate with warehouse operations for earliestdelivery.Assist in receiving local PO andhandling drop shipment orders.Read appropriatewarehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered ordistributed or shipped.Assist shipping teamwith any sort of documentation requirements foroperations.Handling Shipping OSD's,lead follow up and resolve Customerconcerns.Performing clerical duties andmaintaining accurate order records and files of dailyactivities.Ensure interdepartmentalcommunication for improved coordination of productiveoperations.Perform other work-related tasks asassigned.Comply with all NOV Company and HSEpolicies and procedure. INT
