Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging serviceHandle guestconcerns and react quickly, logging and notifying properdepartmentsBe part of Guest Services teamwhile ensuring all service standards arefollowedAttend regularly scheduleddepartmental meetingBalance operational,administrative and Colleague needsAssistguests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpfulwayFollow department policies, procedures andservice standardsFollow all safetypoliciesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPassion for guestservice.Excellent written and verbalcommunication, interpersonal and leadershipskills.Highly organized, results-oriented withthe ability to be flexible and work well underpressure.Fluency in English, and at least oneadditional EU languageMust have the ability tohandle a multitude of tasks and Guestrequests.Knowledge of Opera or Opera cloudProperty Management System an asset.Ability towork independently and prioritizeresponsibilities.Experience with a Hotelloyalty program an asset.
