JobDescription:Superviseand coordinate daily operations activities and staff in adesignated area or department. Plan and assignwork tasks schedules and priorities to ensure efficient andeffective operations. Monitor and evaluateworkflow productivity and performance metrics to identify areas forimprovement and optimization. Provide trainingguidance and support to employees to enhance their skills knowledgeand performance. Implement and enforce companypolicies procedures and safety standards to maintain a safe andcompliant work environment. Communicate andcollaborate with other supervisors managers and departments tocoordinate operations and resolve issues.Prepare reports documents and records related to operationsactivities andperformance.Job Requirements: High school diplomaor equivalent. Associate degree or technical certificationpreferred. Proven experience in operationsmanufacturing logistics or related roles. Strongleadership and supervisory skills.
